Project Management Position

This position plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing project handoffs, attending project status meetings, and defining detailed work plans.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze project handoff materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Attend regular project status meetings to provide updates and address any issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with practice managers to ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and meet overall project timelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science (advantageous).
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, release management, change management, or process management.
  • PMP certification is advantageous but not required.
  • 5+ years of solutions/applications delivery experience.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience.
  • Dynamic problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams to meet tight project deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in risk management and communications management.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and relationship management.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and empower team members to achieve exceptional results.
