Job Summary

Sales professionals are sought after by our organization to conduct outbound calls, generate leads and drive business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts and tools.
  • Generate qualified leads and consistently follow up to drive business opportunities.
  • Maintain daily/weekly call quotas; document calls, leads and outcomes.
  • Track and report key metrics: number of calls, leads generated, demos booked and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to fine-tune outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Follow up with warm leads and engage in nurturing campaigns for future opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
  • B2B/SaaS experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships, collaborate and influence clients and team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
