Job Description
  • Provide data management and cost center oversight to support decision-making within the wholesale banking team.
  • Focus on data consolidation, monthly P&L, forecasting, and report automation.
  • Build and automate custom financial reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, Advanced Excel, and enterprise performance management tools like SmartView, Hyperion, Essbase, or TM1.
  • Present insights to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost optimization.
  • Support key projects by offering financial guidance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing sound financial advice.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems within the organization.
The Successful Applicant
  • A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a banking, investment, or asset management company is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with building reports from scratch using Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with enterprise performance management tools like SmartView, Hyperion, Essbase, or TM1.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders.
