Key Responsibilities
  • Contact submitted leads to confirm their interest and enthusiasm for our solutions.
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailers or service providers.
  • Accurately update and categorize leads in our system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work securely with customers' sensitive information, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional experiences and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent German and English language proficiency (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing, with a strong focus on lead verification and follow-up.
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads, with a proven track record of success.
  • Attentive to details, with strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
