Job Overview

We seek an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage employee data, coordinate with carriers, and ensure benefits enrollment accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems. They will be responsible for processing eligibility changes, sending enrollments to carriers via email or system uploads, and following up to ensure updates were successfully completed.

The role also involves performing data entry in carrier systems, adding or terminating employees, auditing internal systems against carrier invoices for accuracy, and coordinating with carriers and internal systems to develop connections.

Requirements:
  • College undergraduate or graduate degree
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems and employee benefits administration (preferred)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
  • Familiarity with various carrier systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential data
  • Experience in auditing and discrepancy resolution
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
