Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Government Relations Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve managing government relations, ensuring policy compliance, and facilitating communication across the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with government and industry stakeholders to ensure timely submission of reports required by regulatory agencies.
  • Support team efforts in organizing and attending meetings, workshops, and conferences to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct research and analysis on regulatory developments impacting the company; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and process payment requests related to regulatory fees.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate compliance-related processes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including report preparation and documentation management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations, government policy processes, and compliance standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
