Job Overview:

The role of the Strategic Key Account Manager is critical in driving business growth and relationship development with top supermarket customers in North Luzon, specifically in Tarlac. This position requires a strong ability to execute differentiated national and customized activities to build business and strengthen relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to develop key supermarket customers in North Luzon through targeted initiatives and activities
  • Ensure regular engagement with customers to further build business and relationship
  • Maintain perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment across all branches, visibility, and merchandising of products in-store
  • Lead field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth
  • Plan and execute category-growing initiatives to win in the market via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
  • Evaluate and improve point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators
  • Support successful new store openings by making Unilever brands stand out inside the store

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in account management
  • Prior experience in leading field execution teams
  • Ability to be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset
  • Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Action-oriented and detail-focused
  • Willingness to drive and heavy field work within Tarlac and North Luzon area
  • Bachelor's Degree holder
