Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support for functional and technical queries, ensuring superior client service to business users.

Key responsibilities include interacting and liaising with IT and external vendors to resolve issues/defects/outages in a timely fashion, providing analysis and taking ownership throughout the lifecycle of projects from scoping to implementation, reviewing and analyzing system specifications, and collaborating with project teams to develop effective test strategies and plans.

As a seasoned professional, you will consistently demonstrate expertise in projects and system upgrades, testing for large and small projects/changes, system changes and upgrades. You will utilize available subject matter expertise to perform functional reviews of transformational initiatives and ongoing BAU change agendas, serving as a Subject Matter Expert and establishing trust within corresponding business teams.

  • Self-starter with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to liaise and translate between technical and non-technical departments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant product knowledge; experienced in consulting, analysis, and change management
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong functional domain experience
  • In-depth knowledge of applications used by business partners, with functional competencies
