Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will collaborate with business partners, technology architects, and system analysts to help implement the enterprise applications product roadmap.

You will be responsible for analyzing system issues, performing bug triage, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and finding solutions. Additionally, you will document detailed processes, perform systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.

To ensure optimal service delivery, you must have strong analytical and data modeling skills, as well as knowledge of business processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business partners, internal or external, to understand processes, gaps, and goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
  • Partner with business, internal, and external technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
  • Proactively gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present them to both Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
  • Work with various teams to investigate Finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation, and go-live.
  • Participate in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, testing, reviewing, and evaluating new functionality.
  • Support the delivery of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities through partnership with IT and Business.
  • Lead and perform data management and migration activities.
  • Ensure training and timely communications in accordance with project timelines.
  • Engage in other areas of Finance such as Security, Compliance, Reporting, Production, and participate in change management support to ensure projects are addressed from end-to-end and meet the needs, interests, and success criteria of the business.
