About the Job

This exciting opportunity involves working as a Workday Payroll Consultant, where you will implement and configure enterprise-scale solutions for our global customer base. You will collaborate closely with team members and work independently to manage your workload. The role requires understanding customer requirements, designing and delivering tailored solutions, and supporting junior team members.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing project dynamics. Additionally, they must be able to apply relevant standards and procedures to maintain high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll certification is mandatory)
  • Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment, with a strong focus on building relationships and identifying customer needs
  • Clear and effective communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with customers and colleagues alike
  • Good commercial awareness and a solid understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within teams and with external stakeholders
