Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Associate to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing of payroll data, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll data for employees in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions
  • Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings
  • Provide support to employees on payroll-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software
