Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership

You will lead a team of skilled software developers in designing, developing, and testing software applications using various technologies, including C# .NET for backend development and SQL with MSSQL/ORACLE. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our applications are scalable, efficient, and meet the required quality standards.

Solution Implementation

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Your experience in API development will facilitate seamless integration with other systems.

Troubleshooting and Support

You will identify and resolve application errors, computer system malfunctions, and operational problems in a timely manner. Your analytical skills will help you troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.

Communication and Training

You will communicate technical information to non-technical personnel, providing training and support as needed to ensure successful adoption of new systems and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong programming skills in C# .NET and SQL.
  • API development experience.
