Position Summary

The Operations Financial Analyst plays a key role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions at One Food Group. Main Accountabilities

  • Analyze brand operations costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to business plans.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities for operations.
  • Provide company-driven guidance on the financial aspect in meetings for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain confidential database such as store sales, profits and other expense related activities or items.
  • Handle special projects assigned from time to time, actively leading financial aspect on any relevant ad-hoc projects involving Operations and the Support Group.

Essential Qualifications

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a financial analysis or operations finance role in the food industry, preferably in QSR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
