Client Experience Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a Customer Advocate, you will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs, providing excellent service in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
- Perform problem tracking and ensure issues are documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
- Escalate issues properly to meet internal and external expectations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (email, phone, or chat support).
- Preferably with healthcare background.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications.
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills.
