This role requires strong knowledge of health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing health and safety programs
  • Conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits
  • Providing training and support to employees on health and safety practices
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety laws and regulations
  • Investigating incidents and accidents, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in luxury environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
