Job Title: Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the daily activities of our Cost Accounting and AP – Service Provider staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily activities for Cost Accounting and AP – Service Provider staff
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of major tasks, including landed cost, payables, cost analysis, and year-end reports
  • Supervising billing clerks for Engineering and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of services and spare parts
  • Maintaining monthly inventory report and ensuring timely submission
  • Analyzing monthly cost of sales and providing necessary adjustments for reports
  • Conducting regular cycle counts at warehouses (Equipment, Smallwares, and Spare parts)
  • Observing and reviewing processes at warehouses to ensure accurate recording and making recommendations for improvement
  • Monitoring advances to suppliers and following up on logistics for variances or undelivered items
  • Monitoring payments to project contractors
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations as needed
  • Monitoring computations of landed cost and analysis of monthly cost and inventory reports
  • Maintaining accurate and updated Accounts Receivable Aging report
  • Ensuring all collections were properly identified and applied to clients' accounts
  • Ensuring monthly bank reconciliation is done and necessary adjustments are taken up
  • Monitoring recording and inventory of Fixed Assets
  • Auditing and reviewing reports of Middle East branches
  • Evaluating, developing, and improving controls, systems, and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency
