Job Description:

As a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial well-being of a thriving Australian music business. Working remotely with an international team, you will utilize Xero to ensure accurate financial records and provide exceptional client communications.

You will be responsible for performing general bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and bank reconciliation, as well as assisting with financial reporting and basic analysis. Additionally, you will handle accounts payables and support tax compliance documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong background in accounts receivable processes, preferably in Australia
  • Proficiency in Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
