Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Arrow Electronics, you will be responsible for leading sales teams in defined territories, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the electronics industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
• Provide coaching and development to sales teams to improve performance
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
• At least 6-8 years' experience in electronic component sales/marketing or business development
• Strong understanding of both distribution sales and business operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build good relationships with customers, suppliers, and internally with cross-function teams
• Proactive and strategic mindset to win business
