Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing departmental personnel, general plant operation, and maintenance to meet production objectives.
  • Conduct daily inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Assign, supervise, and evaluate the work of maintenance personnel in coordination with the Plant Manager.
  • Request and follow up on outsourced technical services and additional tools needed by the maintenance section.
  • Report machine/equipment failure and status of maintenance work to the Plant Manager.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with the Plant Manager to resolve plant issues in a timely manner.
  • Review production orders and processing schedules and make critical decisions about workflow to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Develop, implement, and track quality control systems, using feedback to reduce scrap and waste through employee education and other efficiency improvements.
  • Set and monitor product standards by implementing testing procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role (at least 3 years), preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
  • Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, and inventory processes.
  • Strong team building, decision making, and people management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
