Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

As a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, maintaining and optimizing cloud and hybrid environments that support financial trading operations.

This remote-first position is ideal for a cloud infrastructure expert with deep experience in Microsoft Azure and M365. You will be responsible for providing L1/L2 support for cloud and on-prem systems, including Azure VMs, storage and networking.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1/L2 support for cloud and on-prem systems, including Azure VMs, storage and networking.
  • Maintain system health, perform patching, backups, and configuration reviews.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware and HCI.
  • Familiarity with Citrix, Active Directory, Windows Server and backup systems.
  • Experience with endpoint protection, threat analysis (CrowdStrike/Defender) and IT monitoring tools.
  • Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
