Customer Success Manager - Manila (m/f/d)

As a Customer Success Manager at EMnify GmbH, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our international customers across various industries.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who can build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for proactive account engagement, providing guidance and support to customers on product use, addressing technical questions, product features, and general inquiries.
  • Upsell strategy with a light touch: Identify and present upsell opportunities as they align with customer needs, working closely with the team and Product to deliver targeted growth strategies.
  • Product knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product suite, using this expertise to assist customers in maximizing their usage.
  • Proactive monitoring and data-driven engagement: Use product usage and health metrics to identify at-risk accounts and potential upsell opportunities.
