Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging email, social media, and direct outreach to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market trends and buying behaviour for the territory.
  • Create and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and/or events.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, such as email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing materials.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and automating workflows.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain prospect relationships, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and tech, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and outbound marketing, preferably in legaltech or SaaS.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills for B2B audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
  • Client-oriented mindset with consultative approach to build productive relationships.
  • Business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
