E-commerce and In-store Sales Manager Job Summary:

NeksJob is seeking a highly motivated E-commerce and In-store Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of our sales associates in both online and offline channels. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and managing performance concerns. You will also contribute to the creation of staff schedules and provide ad-hoc support to other departments as required.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with excellent communication skills. A college degree is not required but is an asset. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and monitor online and offline sales activities of sales associates.
