About the Role

  • Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms' customers.
  • Process E-commerce orders from beginning to end.
  • Attend to customers' queries in-store and online stores.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Administrative Tasks:
  2. Maintain and manage sales databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  3. Prepare and distribute sales reports and other documentation as needed.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  5. Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and other related documents.
  6. Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all sales documents and correspondence.
  7. Provide client service support for retail network and E-commerce.
  8. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through available social media platforms.
  9. Assist in scheduling customers' jewellery repairs.
  10. Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  11. Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Fresh graduates can be considered.
  • Candidate with retail or jewellery experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints/feedback competently.
  • Positive work attitude and ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to converse in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa, to cater to a multiracial customer profile.
  • Candidates must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
