We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to join our high-performing accounting team. This role requires an individual who can balance strategic and tactical responsibilities, supporting initiatives while taking ownership of core accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the month-end close process by creating accurate journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in a timely manner.
  • Analyze general ledger accounts and provide insights on significant variances.
  • Prepare internal financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) that meet company standards.
  • Support management with variance analysis and commentary on financial trends and results.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal financial reporting packages.
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts in FloQast, ensuring discrepancies are resolved and financial data integrity is maintained.
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for external audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • CPA certification or active progress toward CPA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience with hands-on knowledge of month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial controls.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
