Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing high net-worth individuals, building and maintaining relationships, and providing investment advice.

This role requires at least 10 years of experience in Wealth relationship management, preferably with team leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to provide strategic guidance to clients.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing Relationship Managers and coordinating client activities
  • Providing investment advice and recommendations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with high net-worth individuals
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Attending training sessions to improve knowledge and expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage PW Relationship Managers, CSOs and MAs in accordance with assigned goals
  2. Manage PW clients/Assist RMs in managing PW clients
  3. Ensure adherence to agreements, guidelines, policies, circulars, rules, and regulations
  4. Receive notices, instructions, communications, and supporting documents related to investments and administrative requirements
  5. Relay client instructions, such as contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and trade executions
  6. Undertake periodic visits to maintain, build, and strengthen relationships
  7. Review client portfolios periodically
  8. Provide investment advice and recommendations
  9. Address and resolve client concerns and inquiries
  10. Act as alternate officer in absence of other PW Relationship Manager
  11. Attend/conduct training to improve knowledge, expertise, and skills relevant to work requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of work experience in Wealth relationship management
  • Preferably with experience in leading teams
