Job Title: Quality Assurance Strategist

The overall quality assurance strategy is led by this role, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards. This leader oversees the implementation of testing processes, aligning goals with business objectives and serving as the primary point of contact for quality-related discussions with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with delivery leads to contribute to user story acceptance criteria, ensuring clear and testable project expectations.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to efficiently meet project deadlines and quality goals.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs, effectively communicating and working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage for both new and existing features.
  • Continuously track and improve quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to ensure the highest level of software quality.
