Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Associate to support our logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient and effective supply chain processes. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipment schedules and track inventory levels.
  • Prepare and organize import documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
  • Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving team workflows.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and delays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data entry and document processing software.
  • Able to learn new processes and technologies quickly.
