About the Role

As a social media content coordinator, you'll play a vital support role within our digital marketing team.

You'll help brainstorm, organize, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms while staying up-to-date on analytics and trends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement & Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and help build authentic connections with our community.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay informed about social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to ensure we stay relevant and creative.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with designers, video editors, and writers to coordinate campaigns and meet content deadlines.
  • Analytics Tracking: Help with performance reporting and extract key metrics to evaluate what's working and what's not.
