Job Summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our target audience.

This role involves managing multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, to create and publish high-quality content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit short-form video content for various social media platforms.
  • Edit and repurpose podcast episodes into engaging short-form content.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
  • Monitor performance analytics and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
  • Collaborate with our team to align content with overall brand and messaging.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Proficiency in video and audio editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of content formats and audience behavior on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM AEST (Australian Time Zone).
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Past experience with an Agricultural Industry is a Plus.
  • Must be able to support with administrative duties as needed to support business objectives.

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, Photoshop).
  • Canva, CapCut, or similar for mobile/social edits.
  • Scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
  • Analytics (YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Insights).
