About the position, we are looking for a skilled individual to take on the role of Collections Field Officer in Bulacan.

  • Key responsibilities include contacting delinquent customers to discuss account status, assessing customer stories, and suggesting beneficial solutions.
  • Additionally, follow up on repayment promises made by customers and identify uncooperative customers for escalation to the legal team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Location: The ideal candidate should reside in Batangas.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle.
  • Previous field collection experience is preferred but not mandatory.
