We are seeking an experienced security professional to take on a challenging role in advancing our client's security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor client security systems including endpoint protection, email security, log aggregation, SIEM solutions, network security devices, identity threat protection, dark web protection, data loss prevention, and vulnerability scanning.
  • Respond to and manage security incidents including incident investigations, malware detection, and monitoring evolving threats.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adherence to compliance standards.
Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Monitor and maintain client security systems, respond to security alerts, and perform remediation actions to mitigate or eliminate security threats.
  • Analyze vulnerability scans and reports to provide remediation plans to clients, research new security trends, and stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures that meet client needs, provide regular security reports, and assist with security audits as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, security, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud security, email security solutions, network security devices, vulnerability management, compliance, incident management, enterprise cybersecurity policies, vendor management, and solution alignment.
  • Exceptional documentation skills and ability to generate comprehensive reports, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills to analyze security breaches, and experience working with highly regulated industries such as healthcare and finance.
  • Familiarity with SOC compliance standards and experience with SOC compliance assessments, professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other related certifications are preferred.
