Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our sales technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between various systems and tools. They will work closely with the Director of Sales Operations to onboard new accounts and sales reps, setting them up correctly from a technical standpoint.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including creating automations and workflows in our CRM, building integrations using Zapier, and developing reports and dashboards. You will also take ownership of our OnceHub activity, including managing resource pools, updating rep availability, and keeping links and pathways documents up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Experience with CRM software, automation tools, and data analysis
