Senior Drafting and BIM Modeling Professional

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and technically proficient Drafter/BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings, layout plans, and BIM models using industry-standard software.

The successful candidate will interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation and coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards.

  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, SketchUp, ArchiCAD).
