**Drafter/BIM Modeler Role Description**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter/BIM Modeler to support architectural and engineering projects through precise drafting and 3D modeling.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Update and maintain drawing sets and BIM files throughout project lifecycle
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks
  • Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and BIM protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting
