As an Automation Developer, you will be part of a high-impact team focused on delivering cutting-edge automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. You will take ownership of projects from start to finish, designing, building, testing, and refining automations that make our services faster, simpler, and more engaging for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
  • Able to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
