As a Senior Quality Assurance Lead, you will spearhead quality assurance strategies to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of web and software products.

You will mentor quality engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align quality efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
  • Review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • Proactively identify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, including at least 1 year of experience leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management using Git or Bitbucket.
