We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Supervisor/Manager to lead our marketing efforts and build our brand presence in the media and publishing industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
  • Manage marketing resources for efficient allocation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Content Marketing Leadership

  • Oversee content marketing team, ensuring high-quality engaging content across various platforms.
  • Develop and implement content calendars and editorial strategies.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Social Media Management

  • Lead social media team, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers and drive traffic.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate content marketing and social media teams.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance reviews.

Brand Building & Public Relations

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Identify opportunities for media partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage public relations efforts and respond to inquiries.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
