Digital Marketing Manager

This is a part-time role that requires approximately 10-15 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media and key marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring optimal appearance and responding to chats.
- Plan and create weekly posts (3 B2C and 1 B2B) and maintain daily stories using local and licensee content.
- In-app Communications:
- Ensure all communication channels in the Singapore app are fresh and current.
- Browse and test marketing-related features regularly to guarantee accurate functionality.
- Monthly Marketing Initiatives:
- Plan, create, and distribute an EDM newsletter for customers on the Singapore platform.
- Plan, create, and project manage monthly promotions.
- Licence Marketing:
- Monitor social media and mobile apps to ensure other cities follow best practices and branding guidelines.
- Share and/or post selected social media content.
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing or equivalent knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for customer service.
- Friendly, positive attitude and team player.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Interest in football is a plus.
