Billing Quality Analyst

A key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of billing processes. This position is responsible for conducting thorough reviews and providing feedback to enhance process efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and gaps in the billing process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve processes
  • Serve as a resource to others on the team, providing guidance and support as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
