Airfreight Sales & Operations Manager Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the entire shipment process for valuable cargo airfreight, ensuring secure and compliant handling. This includes coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, external vendors, and international agents to support door-to-door delivery.

  • Manage logistics documentation and monitor shipment milestones.
  • Serve as the local representative of the company in Manila, handling basic administrative tasks remotely.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in the airfreight or logistics industry, preferably in valuable cargo. They should possess strong knowledge of IATA airfreight procedures and local customs regulations.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and remotely, with excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, logistics platforms, and CRM tools is also required.
