Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of products to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Update records in our database to reflect current logistics operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other departments via phone and email to facilitate deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Monitor shipments to identify causes of delays and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize logistics management software and tools to track shipments and optimize delivery schedules.
  • Support logistical planning and implementation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Familiarize yourself with customer and supplier preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends in Pacific Standard Time zone.
