Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to provide administrative, operational, and logistical support to our sales development team. As a Customer Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration:
    • Help set up, administer and track Global and Regional Sales Development campaigns including analyzing and providing feedback on results.
    • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and contacts from multiple sources.
    • Assist with the creation and distribution of sales materials and marketing collateral.
    • Track and report on sales development team performance.
  • Lead Management & Qualification Support:
    • Assist in the initial routing of inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
    • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales development representatives.
    • Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant company information.
  • Customer Communication & Support:
    • Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries from both internal customers and cross-functional teams, and occasionally external partners, demonstrating collaboration and effective communication.
    • Assist sales development representatives in setting up and managing sales campaigns.
  • Sales Operations & Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales support tools and resources.
    • Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to the sales development team.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage and maintain SDR process documentation.
    • Manage and maintain SDR campaign documentation & repository.
  • Collaboration & Team Support:
    • Work closely with sales development representatives, sales managers, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales development team as needed.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a technology company.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace equivalents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A basic understanding of sales processes is a plus.
