Customer Support Professional
">We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to provide administrative, operational, and logistical support to our sales development team. As a Customer Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.
">Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration:
- Help set up, administer and track Global and Regional Sales Development campaigns including analyzing and providing feedback on results.
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and contacts from multiple sources.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of sales materials and marketing collateral.
- Track and report on sales development team performance.
- Lead Management & Qualification Support:
- Assist in the initial routing of inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales development representatives.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant company information.
- Customer Communication & Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries from both internal customers and cross-functional teams, and occasionally external partners, demonstrating collaboration and effective communication.
- Assist sales development representatives in setting up and managing sales campaigns.
- Sales Operations & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales support tools and resources.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to the sales development team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain SDR process documentation.
- Manage and maintain SDR campaign documentation & repository.
- Collaboration & Team Support:
- Work closely with sales development representatives, sales managers, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales development team as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a technology company.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace equivalents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A basic understanding of sales processes is a plus.
