  • Identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall sales performance.

Training and Support:

  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for the sales team on operational best practices and tools.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance the sales team's operational capabilities.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide recommendations based on research findings to inform sales strategies.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales processes, procedures, and best practices.
