Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst/Assistant with advanced Google Sheets skills to drive business decisions, streamline financial workflows and unlock revenue-generating insights.

We're looking for an expert in building, maintaining, and improving dynamic Excel and Google Sheets-based financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in tracking and analyzing key financial metrics, providing weekly and monthly reporting, forecasting revenue and expenses, and supporting budget planning and variance analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for automation and optimization within current financial workflows, translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights, contributing to the month-end close process, and participating in ad-hoc accounting and finance projects.

A strong self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data cleaning & visualization is also required. Advanced Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, query functions, charts, and scripts, are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and improve dynamic Excel and Google Sheets-based financial models

  • Forecast revenue and expenses based on real-time campaign performance
  • Support budget planning and variance analysis for marketing and content acquisition spend
