Conversational AI Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with expertise in linguistics, communications, and AI/ML to drive innovation in conversational AI systems.

This role involves designing, writing, and optimising prompts for conversational AI systems, as well as collaborating with developers, linguists, and QA testers to improve AI responses and reduce errors. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing transcripts and call/chat logs to identify improvement opportunities, conducting A/B testing and fine-tuning of prompts to maximise accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML, or computer science.
  • Proven experience working with LLMs or conversational AI platforms.
  • Understanding of NLP principles, dialogue management, and AI behaviour shaping.
