We are seeking a skilled Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A. Sourcing:
    1. Study and understand job descriptions to write effective job advertisements.
    2. Advertise job openings on external channels such as Acxelsus' careers page and various job boards.
    3. Post current openings on internal communication channels to encourage internal applications and referrals.
    4. Extract all resumes from job boards and upload to the applicant tracking system.
  • B. Screening:
    1. Paper screen new applications.
    2. Conduct initial interviews via phone call, virtual meeting or in person.
    3. Ensure real-time tagging of candidate status on the database.
    4. Update candidate information based on the initial interview and take note of necessary information.
    5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for interview scheduling.
    6. Prepare resumes and candidate information for endorsement to hiring managers and clients.
    7. Send interview reminders and guides to candidates.
  • C. Job Offer and Onboarding:
    1. Conduct soft offers to negotiate salaries and work arrangements.
    2. Prepare and extend job offer letters and contracts to selected candidates.
    3. Send launchpads to starters and assist in completing pre-employment requirements.
    4. Endorse for pre-employment medical exams and background checks.
    5. Collect all pre-employment documents and ensure proper filing.
    6. Ensure constant communication with starters; provide assistance and answer inquiries.
    7. Assist during new hire induction and ensure all requirements are completed before start date.
  • D. Other Tasks:
    1. Ensure proper candidate communication across all stages.
    2. Send out email updates for application status and rejection emails.
    3. Provide referral status updates to referring employees on a regular basis.
    4. Update internal trackers and systems.
    5. Prepare and send out recruitment reports.
    6. Assist with various recruitment projects as necessary.
    7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment.
