Main Accountabilities:
- Liaise with departments to ensure timely and effective project implementation.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices across departments and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
- Develop and deliver operational excellence training modules and lean education programs.
- Track and monitor the effectiveness of lean management tools and recommend changes as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Nursing, or a clinical discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Process Improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Certified or experienced in Lean – Six Sigma Methodology and Practical Problem-Solving Process.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary groups.
