Job Overview:

Link Business Process Inc. is expanding its regional operations, and we are looking for a skilled Sales Strategist to spearhead our business development initiatives. The successful candidate will lead all sales fulfillment activities for the assigned region, ensuring that targets are met and teams perform at par or better than KPI-assessed measures.

In this role, you will analyze market trends and behavior, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve business goals. You will also coach and direct Business Development Managers and Officers, ensuring they meet their performance objectives. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and clients, coordinate with internal customers, and oversee asset management and contract administration.

To excel in this position, you should possess at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG and On Premise Channel. More than 2 years of line management or 3 years of minimum supervisory roles are also essential. A degree from a reputable university, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are required.
