About the role

The Partner Finance Operations Analyst III is responsible for the calculation, claiming, and internal reporting of payments and credits Insight earns from partners, including partner fees, special bid rebates, volume incentive programs, and shared marketing expense agreements. The position serves as a liaison between Finance and various departments, including Accounts Receivables, Product Management, Marketing, Profitability, Operations, Commissions, Services, and Sales. As Partner Finance Operations Analyst III, you will:

• Support and advise Product Management, Marketing, and Special Costing departments to understand and operationally execute partner and internal objectives.
• Review and analyze complex partner funding programs to accurately project and calculate rebate incentives.
• Prepare and pre-audit financial documents to ensure they meet GAAP standards and are SOX compliant.
• Facilitate in-house funding for marketing-related activities and provide commentary on aged credits to Finance and Product Management leadership.
• Strictly adhere to monthly and quarterly deadlines.
• Collaborate with the AR team to oversee key accounts and reconcile outstanding receivables, following the approved SLA.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance) with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to interpret and analyze contract/program terms and conditions.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or other large ERP systems) is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Ambitious, flexible, and proactive. A self-starter who adapts easily to changing environments and can drive results.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to work under deadlines.
